Responsible Animal Care Society) is dedicated to the compassionate treatment
of all living beings and to the preservation of their natural world. Since
forming in 1994, we have rescued, rehabilitated and re-homed hundreds of
at-risk horses and have arranged veterinary care for other needy companion
animals.
