What kind of riding will you find in the area?

Well... where to start!?!

The trails in southern B.C.s interior is nothing short of spectacular. From open trails, to hills and bush wacking, cows, creeks, and viewpoints, riding in the area can be an unforgettable experience.

There is access to literally 10 000 miles of trail. Plus whatever you can create. The Trans Canada Trail creates a horseback riding network of trails. You'll find tunnels, trestles, and the 2.2% grade makes it possible for the out of shape horses and riders to play too.

The courtesy and respect that people show sharing the Trans Canada Trail is a comforting experience. As horses had the right of way, people are very good about pulling off to the side and shutting All Terrain Vehicles and dirt bikes off. Just be sure that the cyclists know you're there, and get them talking if need be.
